Situated on a humble lot in a fast changing neighborhood along the shores of Lake Norman, Four Gables Addition is a family’s dream for their home.

The family who commissioned the project purchased the site for what it could become not what it was, The existing 4 bedroom 1600 s.f. house is modest by any standard. The family approached us with the goal of shaping the lot into the house of their dreams.

Phase 1 of the project is the addition which will relocate the social spaces from the existing house and greatly increase the family’s hosting capabilities. The addition using the gabled langue of the existing structures to set its self apart.
